Single Use Vacuum Filter Cup CLEARLine®

Biosigma’s single use vacuum filter cup is a disposable laboratory filtration system designed for the sterilization and clarification of biological liquids.
The system combines a filter funnel, adapter and collection reservoir in an independent vacuum filtration unit, offering a practical solution for processing large volumes of liquid in professional laboratory workflows.

It is made with a PES filter membrane with 0.22 µm pore size to support efficient filtration, while the high flow rate and high flux help reduce filtration time and improve process efficiency.
The quick-disconnect pre-filter is designed for convenient handling, and the 90-degree orientation between the filter tip and the graduation scale makes it easier to read the liquid level during filtration.

Manufactured under ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management systems, the filter cup is gamma-sterilized to SAL 10⁻⁶, non-pyrogenic and non-cytotoxic.
The product is intended for general laboratory use and is not autoclavable.

The CL500 series is a single-use vacuum filter cup system with PES filter membrane, designed for laboratory filtration, biological liquid sterilization and removal of impurities.
It is available in 250 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml volumes to support different sample and liquid processing needs.

Each unit includes a filter funnel, adapter and collection reservoir, creating an independent disposable vacuum filtration system.
The funnel and receiving bottle are made of PS, while the filter membrane is made of PES. The membrane pore size is 0.22 µm, and the product is sterilized by gamma irradiation.

Hydrophilic reservoir bottles with screw caps are also available separately.
