The BIODipper immersion sampler is a disposable sampling container designed to collect samples and ship them for testing in the same container. This practical system helps reduce the risk of cross-contamination by allowing the sample container to be closed after collection and sent directly to the laboratory.
Thanks to its transparent blue polypropylene container, BIODipper is suitable for use in food, feed and pharmaceutical industry workflows. The blue color supports visibility in production environments, while the screw cap helps protect the collected sample during handling and transport.
Each unit includes a transparent blue polypropylene container with screw cap, a blue handle and a blue band. The handle design with grip ring supports safe and practical handling during immersion sampling, making the product suitable for extracting samples from barrels, canisters and other containers.
The range is available in different container volumes, including 20 ml, 50 ml, 60 ml, 120 ml and 160 ml, with short or long handle versions.
Each unit consists of a transparent blue Polypropylene (PP) container with screw cap, a blue Polyamide 6 (PA6) handle, and a band in Polyamide 6.6 (PA6.6).
With a validity of 48 months, they are sold in sterile by gamma irradiation at 25kGy, single pack . The sterility test is performed on each production batch.
