CLEARStable is an innovative, reliable system for the freezing and long-term preservation of bacterial and microbial cultures.
Designed to simplify laboratory workflows, it helps reduce the need for freeze-drying or frequent culture transfers while supporting stable microorganism preservation over time.

Each sterile cryovial contains larger porous ceramic beads that support efficient microbial adhesion and recovery. The vials are supplied with a glycerol-based cryoprotectant solution, or in dry versions without cryoprotectant, giving laboratories flexibility according to their preservation protocols and microorganism type.

The system is available in cryobox formats for organized microbial strain storage, including 25-vial and 80-vial options. The 80-vial cryobox includes a vial picker, and identification options include 1D barcode and 2D Datamatrix versions to support sample traceability and efficient strain management.

Each production lot is sterile with SAL 10⁻⁶ and supplied with a Certificate of Analysis to verify compliance with quality standards. CLEARStable is suitable for the preservation of bacteria, bacterial spores, fungi, molds and yeasts in microbiology, research and biotechnology laboratories.

Each 2 ml cryovial contains porous ceramic beads and is available either with a glycerol-based cryoprotectant solution or in a dry version without cryoprotectant, depending on laboratory protocols and preservation requirements.

• Available in 25-vial version with 1D linear barcode identification & the 80-vial version is available with 1D barcode or 2D Datamatrix identification In the 2D version, the Datamatrix code is placed on the bottom of the tube and corresponds to the linear barcode on the tube body, supporting accurate sample traceability
• CLEARStable offers vials with colored caps and beads in a range of colors (white, red, blue, yellow, and green) to facilitate the use of color coding for quick and organized identification of different strains, thereby optimizing laboratory work efficiency
• All vials contain the same cryoprotectant, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.

STORAGE:

• Can be stored before use at room temperature or preferably at +4°C
• Recommended storage conditions for microbial cultures: -20°C for short-term storage, -80°C for long-term storage and gaseous phase of liquid nitrogen for prolonged conservation, depending on the microorganism and laboratory protocol

MATERIALS:

• Polycarbonate cryobox designed for low-temperature storage
• Medical-grade polypropylene cryotubes with bi-injected polyethylene/rubber caps
• Porous ceramic beads and glycerol-based cryoprotectant solution

FOR DRY VERSION ONLY: Before starting the preservation procedure, add a suitable cryoprotectant according to the microorganism or strain being stored. Ensure the porous beads are fully immersed in the cryoprotectant solution, then proceed with the standard preservation protocol
