The Biosigma CryoGen ® vial system is designed for cryogenic storage of biological specimens at temperatures as low as -196°C. This innovative high purity line features outstanding leak resistance with a rubber o-ring molded into the screw-cap. Vials are manufactured in accoradance with the quality guidelines ISO 13485:2004 and ISO 14644 and 14698 (Federal Standard 209) in a Class 7 cleanroom (Class 10,000). These vials are certified to be DNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogen and ATP free by an indipendent external american laboratory*. Each lot is sterilized by beta radiation**. Small-lot packaging ensure sterility and usage control. On each tube is printed a unique bar-code, with replaces the old labels for storage. Further quality checks are performed by our laboratory. Tubes made in medical polypropylene, stoppers in medical polyethylene; these raw materials are tested in according to “the United States Pharmacopoeia” (USP) and with a “Drug Master File” (DMF) at the FDA.
