CERTIFY That ClearLine™ products are completely free of : Human DNA DNase RNase Pyrogens ATP   The control and the certification is done by an external laboratory. •The absence of human DNA is verify with a PCR assay which is able to find the presence of human DNA with a sensibility of 1 pg. •The absence of DNase and RNase enzymes is verified incubating on the products, reaction swabs containing DNA and/or RNA at a temperature of 37°C. The absence of degradation is after verified by electrophoresis on gel. •To certify the absence of Pyrogens, the LAL Test is used. •The presence of ATP is verified with a bioluminescence method exploiting the reaction between the luciferase enzyme and its luciferin substrate and and the adenosin-tri-phosphate molecule (ATP).
